Molecules and Compounds
Is there a difference between a molecule and a compound? Check out these resources to find out!
1. Print your Molecule and Compound Webquest sheet.
2. Go to this website to see what you can learn about these two concepts
http://education.jlab.org/qa/compound.html
3. Finally, create some of your own molecules and compounds by following the steps on this site. You're only going to worry about steps one and two (making the molecules/compounds) and then determining what each one is (a molecule or a compound). You DO NOT need to determine if it's a solid, liquid or gas at room temperature, but if you want to do additional research to find out, you may!

4. If you'd like, below is a link where you can build your own molecules and compounds online at the "Molecularium."
